At Jacquard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
